Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. By using Prana Svasth you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Prana Svasth ("we", "our", "us") governing your access to and use of the website app.pranasvasth.com, our mobile web experience, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise accessing the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
2. About Our Service
Prana Svasth is a fresh, healthy food subscription and delivery service based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We prepare and deliver cold-pressed juices, overnight oats, salads, smoothies, soups, and related nutritional products fresh every day.
Our Service allows you to:
- Browse and order individual food and beverage items
- Subscribe to recurring daily delivery plans
- Manage your delivery addresses, payment methods, and order history
- Communicate with our customer support team
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
3. Account & Eligibility
3.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or place an order. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must accept these Terms on your behalf.
3.2 Account Registration
Accounts are created using your mobile number via OTP (One-Time Password) verification. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your information up to date
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
- Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate business reason, with or without prior notice.
4. Orders & Payments
4.1 Placing an Order
Orders must be placed before midnight (12:00 AM IST) for next-day delivery. Orders placed after midnight will be processed for the following available delivery day. Once an order is confirmed you will receive a confirmation via SMS or email.
4.2 Pricing
All prices displayed on the Service are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of checkout.
Delivery charges (if any) are displayed separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
4.3 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI apps)
- Digital Wallets (Paytm Wallet, etc.)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — available in select areas
- Debit / Credit Cards — via our secure payment gateway
Payments are processed by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment partners. We do not store your card or bank account details on our servers.
4.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, your order will not be confirmed. Please retry or use an alternative payment method. For subscription plans, a failed payment may result in a temporary pause of deliveries until the payment is resolved.
4.5 Order Modifications
Once an order is confirmed and production has commenced (typically from 4:00 AM IST), it cannot be modified. If you need to make changes, please contact us before 4:00 AM on the day of delivery.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Area
We currently deliver within select areas of Hyderabad, Telangana. You can check delivery availability by entering your pincode at checkout. We are continuously expanding our delivery zone.
5.2 Delivery Window
All deliveries are made between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM IST. We cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time within this window due to variables such as traffic and route optimisation.
5.3 Delivery Attempts
Our rider will attempt delivery once. If you are unavailable, the rider may leave the package in a safe location at your instruction or may return the order. We are not liable for items returned due to non-availability of the recipient.
5.4 Delivery Failures
In rare cases of extreme weather, road closures, or other force majeure events, we may be unable to complete a delivery. In such cases we will notify you promptly and issue a full credit or refund for that delivery.
6. Product Quality & Freshness
All Prana Svasth products are prepared fresh on the morning of delivery using natural, preservative-free ingredients. Because we use no artificial preservatives:
- Products should be consumed on the day of delivery for best quality and safety
- Cold-pressed juices may be refrigerated and consumed within 48 hours
- We recommend refrigerating all products upon receipt until consumed
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, or below our quality standards, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with a photo. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
We are not responsible for quality deterioration caused by improper storage or consumption beyond the recommended timeframe.
7. Subscription Plans
7.1 How Subscriptions Work
Subscription plans provide daily delivery of a selected product or meal plan for a fixed duration (e.g., 7 days, 15 days, 30 days, 90 days). Subscriptions are prepaid and commence from the start date selected at the time of purchase.
7.2 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in full at the time of purchase for the entire plan duration. Discounts applied to subscription plans are based on the plan duration selected and are non-transferable.
7.3 Pausing a Subscription
You may request to pause a subscription by contacting us at least 24 hours before the next scheduled delivery. Paused days will be credited and added to the end of your subscription period. We allow a maximum pause of 7 consecutive days per subscription cycle.
7.4 Modifying a Subscription
Changes to your delivery address or time slot must be requested at least 24 hours before the next delivery. Changes to the product or plan may require cancellation and a new subscription purchase.
7.5 Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your plan period ends, deliveries will cease. You may manually renew by purchasing a new subscription plan.

8. Cancellations & Refunds
8.1 Individual Orders
Individual (non-subscription) orders can be cancelled and fully refunded if cancellation is requested before 4:00 AM IST on the day of delivery. After 4:00 AM, cancellations are not accepted as production will have commenced.
8.2 Subscription Cancellations

8.3 Quality Issues & Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, wrong, or sub-standard product, contact us within 2 hours of delivery at support@pranasvasth.com or +91 7207 680 754 with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a same-day replacement where possible, or a full credit/refund to your account.
8.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. UPI and wallet refunds are typically faster. Cash on Delivery refunds are processed as bank transfers or wallet credits within 7 business days.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or accounts
- Engage in scraping, data mining, or automated querying of the Service
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
- Engage in any activity that disrupts or impairs the Service
- Use the Service for commercial resale without our written consent
Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination and, where appropriate, legal action.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including but not limited to the Prana Svasth name and logo, product names, photographs, text, graphics, UI design, source code, and compilations — is the exclusive property of Prana Svasth or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent. Personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sharing a product link) is permitted.
If you submit any feedback, suggestions, or reviews, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such content to improve our products and services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:
- The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Service.
- Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
- We are not responsible for any health effects arising from consumption of our products by individuals with undisclosed allergies, medical conditions, or dietary restrictions. Please consult a medical professional before making significant dietary changes.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legal proceedings. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our support team.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Service. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated at the top of the page.
Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may request account deletion.
